What are the dates for Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam 2020?

Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam will take place from September 4th-6th, 2020. Hope to see you there!

When will the lineup be released?

The lineup will be announced in the Spring of 2020.

Is seating available?

There isn’t any seating at the festival, so if you would like a place to sit, please bring a folding lawn chair or a fold-out chair. Chairs cannot be left overnight.

**Chairs are not permitted within the Side Stage & Golden Circle areas. However, with both the Side Stage & the Golden Circle passes, you have access to the VIP Pit & General Admission areas, where you may place your chairs to relax.

Is there a handicap section?

There is a handicap viewing area in General Admission. If you need assistance getting from the gate to the stage area, we will have personnel available with golf carts. For more information on handicap accommodations, please email ada@gulfcoastjam.com.

What time do gates open at Frank Brown Park?

Gates will be open at 2:00 PM each day, and music will begin at 2:30 PM. Early entry passes are also available and will allow you to enter at 1:30 PM.

Are ATM’s available?

Yes, ATM stations will be available throughout the park.

I purchased my ticket – now how do I receive my wristband?

Wristbands are shipping now. When your wristband package is built and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking # for your wristband package. Wristbands may only be shipped within the United States. If you do not receive your wristbands within a week of the event, please contact our ticketing agent at help@seetickets.us.

What is RFID and how does it affect me?

An RFID wristband is a durable and waterproof wristband that is preloaded with your ticket and is scanned to gain entrance to our event. You may also add your Credne Do not put your wristband on until the day of the event. Do not cut or tamper with your wristband.

What happens if my wristband comes off?

Your wristband will not come off unless you take it off. It is a cloth material with a locking mechanism that ensures it will stay on your wrist until you cut it off. If you happen to remove your wristband, you will need to pick-up a new wristband at Will Call. Replacement wristbands are $25 each.

What is the re-entry policy?

As long as you are wearing your wristband, you can come and go as you please! (Any wristbands that are tampered with and/or cut will be refused entry at the gate.)

Do you have single day tickets?

No, single day tickets are not available for Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam.

You have a 3-day ticket, but you can only make it for Friday?

No problems! We understand not everyone can make all 3-days; so we’ve partnered with Fliptix to make it easier to flip your ticket if something comes up!

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes, the Military discount extends to active or inactive Military and their immediate family only. You must escort your family and present a Military ID and valid ID for each family member upon entry.  Military Tickets will grant you access to the festival grounds at Frank Brown Park and free shuttle access for all three days of the festival. Military Ticket prices will not increase.

Are children free?

Yes, children 6 years old and under are free.

What time does Will Call open?

Will Call will open at Frank Brown Park at 9 am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Will Call will be open on Thursday @ Dave & Busters in Pier Park from Noon to 11pm.

What is an Early Entry Pass?

Our seating is on first-come-first-serve.  The gates open to all ticket holders at 2pm.  An Early Entry Pass allows the ticket holder to enter at 1:30pm to claim a spot within their ticket section.  You may bring a maximum of 2 chairs per early entry pass into the festival.  An Early Entry Pass is NOT AN ADMISSION TICKET.  YOU MUST PURCHASE AN ADMISSION TICKET IN ADDITION TO YOUR EARLY ENTRY PASS. (Admission Tickets include 3-Day GA, 3-Day VIP, 3-Day Golden Circle, 3-Day Side Stage, and 3-Day Skybox Tables)




How do I get to and from Frank Brown Park?

As long as you have a ticket to the festival, you can enjoy our complimentary shuttle system.

How do I get front of line access to the shuttles at the end of the day?

You will get front of line access if you have purchased a VIP Pit, Golden Circle, Side Stage, or a Skybox ticket.

Where do shuttles stop?

Shuttles take festival-goers from specified lodging partner locations to Frank Brown Park and back.

How much does parking cost?

If you choose not to utilize our convenient shuttle system, parking at Frank Brown Park will cost $75 for all three days. Parking passes may be purchased online HERE at a discounted rate of $50 and if they do not sell out before the show, they will be available at the parking lot when you arrive at the festival for $75.

Where do I park at Frank Brown Park?

If you are a festival-goer, a vendor, or a partner, park at Gate 1. No patrons can enter in Gate 2 (this gate is staff only)



Why did Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam adopt this new policy?

Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam reviews it’s public safety and festival security policies every year looking for ways to improve them. Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam strongly believes that the clear bag policy will enhance public safety and make festival access more efficient. This proactive measure will enhance safety inside and outside the festival and speed the security screening process for our patrons. The public deserves to be in a safe, secure environment. We constantly look for ways to enhance festival safety, and clear bags are part of best practices endorsed by security experts.

The clear bag policy has been adopted by the NFL, SEC and by many other venues that host entertainment events including college football games. Many other “Power 5” schools are also implementing a clear bag policy during the 2016 season. This policy is certified by the Department of Homeland Security.

How will this policy effect screening time and entry into the festival?

The clear bag policy should enable us to move patrons through our security checkpoints much faster. A standard size clear bag eliminates the need for bag templates that measure bag sizes. It is our belief that this new policy will make the festival security screening process more effective and efficient for our patrons.

How many clear bags can patrons bring into the festival?

Each patron is allowed one large clear bag such as a one-gallon Ziploc style bag or clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag that does not exceed 12″ by 6″ by 12″, plus a small clutch purse or fanny-pack.

Can patrons carry cameras, binoculars, smartphones or tablets separately from what they put in a clear bag?

Yes. All of these items can be carried into the festival so long as they are not in a bag or case. For example, while binoculars and cameras are allowed, the binocular case or camera case is not allowed.

Can chairs be carried into the festival?

Yes.  They will be asked to be removed from their bag to be searched.

Can I bring a blanket into the festival to sit on?

Yes. But, we ask that patrons bringing blankets into the festival toss them over a shoulder or arm to allow for easy screening when entering the festival.

What happens if I show up at the gate with a bag that is not permitted?

You will be denied entry.

If I have items I need to bring into the festival for medical reasons and they don’t fit in the clear bag, what do I do?

We fully understand that exceptions need to be provided for in the policy for medically necessary items. To that, and to ensure proper inspection by security personnel, those patrons with medically necessary items will be directed to a designated area to allow for specialized screening and entrance into the festival.

Are purses prohibited?

No. The policy states that a small clutch purse, with or without a handle or strap, or a fanny-pack is permitted along with either the 12″ by 6″ by 12″ clear tote bag or the one-gallon freezer bag. This should enable our patrons to bring the same items to the festival they have in previous years. While we strongly encourage patrons not to bring any bags, we believe we have created a policy that appropriately balances the needs of our patrons with our obligation to provide for their safety.

Do I need to fit everything I’m carrying into a permissible clear bag?

No. We are only limiting the type of bags that can be carried into the festival, not the items you normally bring to the show. For example, patrons can continue to carry items in their pockets such as keys, makeup, feminine products, comb, phone, wallet, credit cards, etc. You may also carry a blanket over your arms, or items like binoculars and camera around your neck or in your hands. You cannot, however, bring into the festival a binocular case or large camera case.

Can I bring a diaper bag into the festival?

The answer to this question is one in which our safety and security team evaluated every option they could think of. They fully understood that not allowing a diaper bag into the festival would be a challenge for many of our patrons, including those with young children. To that, we are very sorry for any inconvenience that not allowing a diaper bag into the festival may cause.

For the venues that previously adopted a clear bag policy, they tell us their patrons with young children have been able to make a few adjustments to accommodate what they need.  By doing so, we hope to minimize disruption to parents and others with young children.

While we will continue to work hard to find acceptable alternatives, the global security threats we face every day make this new policy a safety imperative. To that, we respectfully ask that diapers be carried in an approved clear bag.

How can I volunteer?

Can my band play?

No, we are not accepting additions to the lineup at this time.

Do you offer Meet & Greet passes?

No, you cannot purchase Meet and Greet passes for our festival. However, check out our social media sites and download our Mobile App. because we often offer chances to win them!
