Better in Boots

[/title][fusion_text]Garden City, Missouri native Tyler Farr has country music in his veins. His father played lead guitar in the touring band for George Jones. When he was old enough, Tyler moved to Nashville to become an artist. Starting as a bouncer and eventually a singer, he was discovered by Rhett Akins at Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge, landing him a publishing deal and later a recording contract. After recording a four song EP called Camouflage in 2010, he released singles “Hot Mess”, “Hello Goodbye” and eventually the hugely successful “Redneck Crazy”. Reaching number two on Billboard’s country charts, “Redneck Crazy” earned platinum certification and helped him make a name for himself in commercial music. His debut album of the same name also found success debuting at number five on the Billboard Top 200 chart. The second single “Whiskey in My Water” became another hit and was soon followed up by Farr’s sophomore album Suffer in Peace. The first single off of this new record “A Guy Walks into a Bar” has been streamed over 20 million times on Spotify.[/fusion_text][one_half last=”no” spacing=”yes” center_content=”no” hide_on_mobile=”no” background_color=”” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” background_position=”left top” hover_type=”none” link=”” border_position=”all” border_size=”0px” border_color=”” border_style=”” padding=”” margin_top=”” margin_bottom=”” animation_type=”” animation_direction=”” animation_speed=”0.1″ animation_offset=”” class=”” id=””][youtube id=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_QONcShGKCI” width=”600″ height=”350″ autoplay=”no” api_params=”” class=””][/youtube][/one_half][one_half last=”yes” spacing=”yes” center_content=”no” hide_on_mobile=”no” background_color=”” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” background_position=”left top” hover_type=”none” link=”” border_position=”all” border_size=”0px” border_color=”” border_style=”” padding=”” margin_top=”” margin_bottom=”” animation_type=”” animation_direction=”” animation_speed=”0.1″ animation_offset=”” class=”” id=””][fusion_text]Tyler Farr’s latest single, “Better in Boots” is the second release from his second studio album, Suffer in Peace. It’s seems Farr had to take his album name to heart. The country singer recently had to have vocal chord surgery in early 2016 but has recovered nicely since then. Farr reflects on the decision to cut his tour with Maddie and Tae and Jerrod Niemann short saying “I hate cancelling shows but I never want to give fans less than everything. And I know the sooner I let my body heal, the sooner I can get back out there.” Months later, Farr played a free show on the Tootsie’s stage, where it all started, coming out even better than before and can now sing 5 notes higher than he’s ever been able to sing![/fusion_text][/one_half][social_links icons_boxed=”” icons_boxed_radius=”” icon_colors=”” box_colors=”” tooltip_placement=”” rss=”” facebook=”https://www.facebook.com/TylerFarrOfficial/?fref=ts” twitter=”https://twitter.com/tylerfarr” instagram=”https://www.instagram.com/tylerfarr/” dribbble=”” google=”” linkedin=”” blogger=”” tumblr=”” reddit=”” yahoo=”” deviantart=”” vimeo=”” youtube=”https://www.youtube.com/user/TylerFarrVEVO” pinterest=”” digg=”” flickr=”” forrst=”” myspace=”” skype=”” paypal=”” dropbox=”” soundcloud=”” vk=”” email=”” show_custom=”no” alignment=”” class=”” id=””][fusion_text]http://tylerfarr.com[/fusion_text][/fullwidth]

A Fresh Start

[/title][fusion_text]A child rising from humble beginnings, Sara Evans has always been involved in music. From playing in a family band from age 4 until most recently, Sara Evans lives to play country music. Signing a recording contract in 1996, her career began with the debut of Three Chords & the Truth. She followed with her sophomore album No Place That Far, with the title track reaching number one. In 2000, her third album, Born to Fly, was released. The first single “Born to Fly” found major success peaking at number 6 on Billboard Top Country albums and winning Video of the Year at the Country Music Association Awards. Evans returned in 2003 with Restless, releasing a now signature song with “Suds in the Bucket”, also reaching number one. Evans’ most recent success has come from the release of the single “Stronger” and the title track to the 2014 album Slow Me Down.[/fusion_text][imageframe lightbox=”no” lightbox_image=”” style_type=”none” hover_type=”none” bordercolor=”” bordersize=”0px” borderradius=”0″ stylecolor=”” align=”center” link=”” linktarget=”_self” animation_type=”0″ animation_direction=”down” animation_speed=”0.1″ animation_offset=”” hide_on_mobile=”no” class=”” id=””] [/imageframe][separator style_type=”single” top_margin=”10″ bottom_margin=”5″ sep_color=”#ffffff” border_size=”” icon=”” icon_circle=”” icon_circle_color=”” width=”” alignment=”center” class=”” id=””][fusion_text]Most recently, Evans is expected to feature on USA’s Chrisley Knows Best summer finale. The two teamed up for a special duet of a new song “Infinite Love” that will be performed on the final episode of the show. Evans reveals “Todd and I had so much fun together in the studio working on “Infinite Love”. My family watches and loves Chrisley Knows Best each week, which makes my duet with Todd even sweeter”. The good news doesn’t stop there! Evans just signed inked a new label deal with Concord Music Group to complete her latest album with Sugar Hill Records. The new music is to be expected in early 2017 and will be her eighth studio album.[/fusion_text][social_links icons_boxed=”” icons_boxed_radius=”” icon_colors=”” box_colors=”” tooltip_placement=”” rss=”” facebook=”https://www.facebook.com/saraevans” twitter=”https://twitter.com/saraevansmusic” instagram=”https://www.instagram.com/saraevansmusic/” dribbble=”” google=”” linkedin=”” blogger=”” tumblr=”” reddit=”” yahoo=”” deviantart=”” vimeo=”” youtube=”https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCpbKDbFjkfkqyDeEDmrLF3Q?sub_confirmation=1″ pinterest=”” digg=”” flickr=”” forrst=”” myspace=”” skype=”” paypal=”” dropbox=”” soundcloud=”” vk=”” email=”” show_custom=”no” alignment=”” class=”” id=””][fusion_text]http://saraevans.com/[/fusion_text][/fullwidth]

Living A Double Life

[/title][fusion_text]For Granger Smith, writing and playing music was all he ever wanted. At age 14, the Dallas, Texas native decide to pursue music and learned to play the guitar, at first for the girls and later because he wanted to be like George Strait. Years later, at age 19, he completed his first album Waiting on Forever while attending Texas A&M. After its release, he landed a publishing deal and relocated to Nashville. From there he began to perfect his craft, cultivating numerous demos and and business know-how, all while finishing his degree. After moving back to Texas it became harder to get fans to show up to the gigs but he was happy about his renewed creativity. By 2011 he shot the first video of his alter ego, Earl Dibbles Jr., going viral and launching his career. In 2013, his album Dirtroad Drive Way was sitting at number one on iTunes and he began selling out shows. 2015 saw the release of a pair of albums and his fan base continued to grow. He released a four song EP that peaked at number six on the Country Albums chart and rose to 51 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. His current album is Remington, released in early 2016.[/fusion_text][one_half last=”no” spacing=”yes” center_content=”no” hide_on_mobile=”no” background_color=”” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” background_position=”left top” hover_type=”none” link=”” border_position=”all” border_size=”0px” border_color=”” border_style=”” padding=”” margin_top=”” margin_bottom=”” animation_type=”” animation_direction=”” animation_speed=”0.1″ animation_offset=”” class=”” id=””][imageframe lightbox=”no” lightbox_image=”” style_type=”none” hover_type=”none” bordercolor=”” bordersize=”0px” borderradius=”0″ stylecolor=”” align=”center” link=”” linktarget=”_self” animation_type=”0″ animation_direction=”down” animation_speed=”0.1″ animation_offset=”” hide_on_mobile=”no” class=”” id=””] [/imageframe][/one_half][one_half last=”yes” spacing=”yes” center_content=”no” hide_on_mobile=”no” background_color=”” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” background_position=”left top” hover_type=”none” link=”” border_position=”all” border_size=”0px” border_color=”” border_style=”” padding=”” margin_top=”” margin_bottom=”” animation_type=”” animation_direction=”” animation_speed=”0.1″ animation_offset=”” class=”” id=””][imageframe lightbox=”no” lightbox_image=”” style_type=”none” hover_type=”none” bordercolor=”” bordersize=”0px” borderradius=”0″ stylecolor=”” align=”none” link=”” linktarget=”_self” animation_type=”0″ animation_direction=”down” animation_speed=”0.1″ animation_offset=”” hide_on_mobile=”no” class=”” id=””] [/imageframe][/one_half][separator style_type=”single” top_margin=”10″ bottom_margin=”5″ sep_color=”#ffffff” border_size=”” icon=”” icon_circle=”” icon_circle_color=”” width=”” alignment=”center” class=”” id=””][title size=”1″ content_align=”left” style_type=”default” sep_color=”#ffffff” margin_top=”” margin_bottom=”” class=”” id=””]

His major label debut, Remington was released in early March and worked its way to number three on the Top Country Albums chart. However, it’s his live shows that keep people coming back. It was a much needed night out. I was almost 4 months pregnant and for us this was a miracle. I had suffered multiple miscarriages leading up to this pregnancy. I was being closely monitored and my doctor encouraged us to take a date night and relax. I was somewhat familiar with Brad Paisley, but that night changed everything. His music was uplifting, fun,  and full of positives  (which we so needed). One song in particular affected both my husband and I…”She’s Everything”. My husband wrapped his arms around me as we listened, we both cried and in that moment somehow we knew everything was going to be ok. That night was the first time I felt my little girl move. We can’t wait to hear him sing again and  this time our miracle Grace will be with us!”[/fusion_text][/fullwidth]

 ‘Don’t Ya’ Love Brett Eldredge?

[/title][fusion_text]When Brett Eldredge, the Paris, Illinois native first broke into country music, people took notice. With his distinctive, soulful voice, he managed to capture an audience, doing so with his 2010 debut single “Raymond”. His first hit “Don’t Ya” fared even better, finding its way to number five on the Country Singles chart and selling over a million units. Issuing his first album in 2013, Eldredge claimed two more hits with “Beat of the Music” and “Mean to Me” both of which claimed the number one spot on the Country Airplay chart. Eventually, this led to an opening spot on Taylor Swift’s Red Tour. 2015 brought even more success to Eldredge as his first single “Lose My Mind” from his sophomore album “Illinois” rose to number 1 on the Country Airplay chart. The second single, “Drunk On Your Love” found similar success rising to number 2.[/fusion_text][separator style_type=”none” top_margin=”” bottom_margin=”” sep_color=”#ffffff” border_size=”” icon=”” icon_circle=”” icon_circle_color=”” width=”” alignment=”center” class=”” id=””][one_half last=”no” spacing=”yes” center_content=”no” hide_on_mobile=”no” background_color=”” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” background_position=”left top” hover_type=”none” link=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n-RnmA8j0ZQ” border_position=”all” border_size=”0px” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” padding=”” margin_top=”” margin_bottom=”” animation_type=”0″ animation_direction=”down” animation_speed=”0.1″ animation_offset=”” class=”” id=””][youtube id=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n-RnmA8j0ZQ” width=”600″ height=”350″ autoplay=”no” api_params=”&rel=0″ class=””][/youtube][/one_half][one_half last=”yes” spacing=”yes” center_content=”no” hide_on_mobile=”no” background_color=”” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” background_position=”left top” hover_type=”none” link=”” border_position=”all” border_size=”0px” border_color=”” border_style=”” padding=”” margin_top=”” margin_bottom=”” animation_type=”” animation_direction=”” animation_speed=”0.1″ animation_offset=”” class=”” id=””][fusion_text]Brett Eldredge continues to find success and hopes to extend the trend with the third single released from Illinois. The track “Wanna Be That Song” continues to climb the charts after its debut at #43 on Billboard Country Airplay and #34 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs. The music video, shot at Wrigley Field, depicts a love story of two childhood sweethearts and the biggest moments during their time together. Eldredge notes that the song title came to him months before the actual song was written and that it’s his favorite song he’s ever recorded. You can see him perform “Wannna Be That Song” and all of his other hits on tour this summer on Keith Urban‘s Ripcord Tour or at the Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam![/fusion_text][/one_half][title size=”1″ content_align=”left” style_type=”default” sep_color=”#ffffff” margin_top=”” margin_bottom=”” class=”” id=””]
